  3. Print Return Label: We’ll provide you with a prepaid Australia Post return shipping label via email.

  4. Send the Parcel: Drop your parcel at your nearest Australia Post location.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect your returned item to confirm it meets the return conditions.

  • Refund: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
